🤔 How effectively have you engaged in the virtual environment with your team, colleagues or clients this week?
💻 In a virtual environment it takes extra energy and effort to communicate effectively, build trust and create meaningful experiences.
🖥️ As a consultant, trainer and coach I use technology a lot. Many of the training sessions I run are with leadership or sales teams in the virtual environment.

🧠 Creating a highly effective environment to learn - where individuals feel listened to, speak up, challenge, try things out, and want to improve - takes preparation, practice and passion.
😃 I'm extremely fortunate to work with such a diverse range of individuals - from local businesses to global organisations - from technical to commercial roles - from aspiring leaders to senior executives. These insights, engagements and experiences add greater richness and value to all the programmes I run - creating even better learning and development outcomes.
🎯 Over the past two days - I've continued to work with a senior cohort from a global technology consultancy on Leadership and Change as they progress through an 18 month apprenticeships programme - and started working with one group of sales leaders based in the USA to boost their sales skills and performance.
💯 In every session and interaction I always learn something new myself - related to the topics I've been working on with clients - a new perspective, insight or experience - that said, the most important outcome is to ensure clients have progressed, learnt something new, or found a way be more effective at what they do.
