🤔 How do you inspire your organisation to leap to new heights?

🌍 Back in 2010 I was part of a group trying to significantly grow global business for Telefónica.

🧠 As part of that process we had to regularly train and develop our teams to ensure they had the right skills, mindset and confidence to step out of their comfort zone and lead change.

😰 It was certainly a challenge mobilising the right resources, technology and partners to provide global customers with what they needed.
