🎯 Champions: raise awareness through mental health advocates and share personal experiences.


🎯 Conversations: encourage open conversations by listening with curiosity, not criticism.


🎯 Networks: encourage peer support networks, mentoring and team building activities.


🎯 Training: equip your managers with the tools to lead their teams effectively.


🎯 Boundaries: respect work-life boundaries and set an example yourself.
