Today I've been with David Sales delivering a Leadership session on behalf of First Ascent Group for Sport Wales on "Hybrid Workplace Leadership" with a cohort of community sports leaders. This is clearly still a very relevant topic organisations are dealing with - it's always useful to hear what the latest experiences are from leaders who are in the thick of it - and to share best practice and ideas.
