📢📢📢 𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔?
😀😁😍 It's 𝒔𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 proven that when we 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆 we 𝒃𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒕 𝒑𝒔𝒚𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚, 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 because it makes us happier.
🎓🎓🎓Over the past year I've re-connected with my old University #swanseauniversity and volunteered to support their 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞. I had the privilege to mentor a "leader of the future" Saadia Abubaker, who is awesome and already having a positive impact!
✍✍✍ Today I received a letter from their Vice Chancellor 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒂𝒖𝒍 𝑩𝒐𝒚𝒍𝒆 on behalf of the university to personally thank me for my contributions.
✨✨✨ Sometimes the 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒔 of thanks and gratitude can have the biggest impact - whether that's just a 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖, or a 𝒘𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.
