🚀🚀🚀 Today, I was with South Cambridgeshire District Council running a workshop for their Leadership Academy on "𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭" on behalf of First Ascent Group.

😀 🤔 😟 Often the leadership programmes I deliver focus on the people skills, but today it was more focused on "commercial disciplines" and "commercial management".
