"๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ" is a critical skill required to thrive in today's climate of change, challenges and uncertainty. One certainty is that ๐’˜๐’† ๐’๐’†๐’†๐’… ๐’•๐’ ๐’„๐’๐’๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’–๐’† ๐’•๐’ ๐’†๐’—๐’๐’๐’—๐’† ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’‚๐’…๐’‚๐’‘๐’• ๐’•๐’ ๐’•๐’‰๐’“๐’Š๐’—๐’†.


๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ Whilst some leaders might use their intuition there are some simple '๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ & ๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐' ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ฌ out there that can support leaders manage change more successfully. ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐Š๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ'๐ฌ ๐„๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ-๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž is a good one I've found resonates with the Leaders I've worked with.

1. ๐‚๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐š ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐”๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ: building 'pain' & 'gain' is always a fundamental for getting buy-in to (selling) an idea.

2. ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐“๐จ๐ ๐ž๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐†๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐“๐ž๐š๐ฆ: creating a powerful core group with a shared sense of urgency and belief is critical to move forward.

3. ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐•๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ฒ: creating a new future with a path to achieving it will inspire your teams.

8. ๐‚๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐š ๐๐ž๐ฐ ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž: Once you've got there, you've got to make it stick. Holding onto new behaviours and making them strong enough to become new habits will create a new culture.

This process resonates with me having led many commercial transformation programmes.
