Unlocking Potential and Making the Right Move - Sales Training

šŸ’» I've just started the delivery of several virtual training sessions on "Account Management" for a group of international sales leaders - 4 hours - finished by 9am.



šŸŒ Today's focus was on building an account strategy and understanding:


(1) Where to compete, (2) How to compete, & (3) When to compete



ā™Ÿļø As part of this session we used an account mapping "Gameboard" to understand the different buying units, products & services, and trends within each sales person's account, and then use this to identify sales strategies for the different opportunities.



šŸŽÆ Understanding the game you are playing, the moves you can make, and deciding where to go next, is critical to your success.
