🔴🔴🔴 It’s #RedforRuth at Lords today - raising awareness and funds to support families facing the death of a parent.

😔😔😔 Apparently c.46,300 children face the traumatic loss of a parent every year in the uk.

😢😭😢The RFR foundation helps families prepare for grief, death & dying by providing guidance to parents on how to start the difficult conversation with their children about their terminal cancer diagnosis.

🗣️🗣️🗣️ By encouraging families to maintain an open and honest dialogue, children avoid internalising questions, worries or fears, and are better able to create valuable moments & memories with their dying parent.

👏 👏 👏 What a great cause.
