🏥 Two months ago today I was having major complex surgery at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

🧠 Today I'm well on my journey to recovery and back coaching, training and developing commercial leaders.

🎢 Over the past few months I've shared the highs and lows of my journey, along with lessons and techniques that can help people navigate extreme adversity.

🪖 I've found myself referring to this period of personal adversity as "Sniper's Alley".

🙏 At the same time it's been heartening to hear back from individuals who have been inspired by my journey and grateful for me sharing my experiences.

🗣️ For this reason I've decided to create a keynote speech titled "Navigating Sniper's Alley" which aims to use my personal experience along with practical strategies to normalise conversations about mental and physical health challenges, and dealing with major adversity in life and business.
