Leadership lessons from the Beatles

🎵🎵🎵 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 “𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬” 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬?


Whilst having coffee with my wife this morning (bouncing ideas around) I saw this image of the Beatles, & wondered what we could learn from the Fab Four in terms of "Leadership".




Well it turns out there are definitely a few things:


💯💯💯 𝐏𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘢𝘣 𝘍𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘦. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮.
