What Impact do you have?

🌎🌍🌏 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 "𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭" 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞?

🎯🎯🎯This is the key question I posed today whilst running a workshop with a group of 30 newly appointed prefects from Berkhamsted School boys.

⚡⚡⚡ These boys are all "𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞". Their energy and enthusiasm today was brilliant. 👏👏👏Crucially, based on the feedback, they all seemed to take a couple of positive points from the session which they can use going forward.

🔍🔍🔍 As you'd expect I asked them some 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 to really explore this topic and support them understand "𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩" and "𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝".
