🤔 How are you getting comfortable with being uncomfortable?

💯 That's very much how I feel at the moment being on Estu's Operationalising AI Bootcamp.

🤖 AI technologies involve a complex and rapidly changing set of tools.

😬 It's near impossible to have all the answers when you start using it.

😰 You will definitely experience some short term pain, like frustration and broken workflows, before you see the benefits.

😀 But when you invest the time to push through the initial challenges the gains start to become apparent - more efficient use of time, better workflows and outputs.

🌈 Most importantly AI enables you to amplify your creativity and ingenuity - it doesn't replace your human intelligence.

💯 As leaders we need to lean into uncomfortable, vulnerable conversations about what the future looks like, particularly when our teams fear the unknown.
