🤔What does it take to become an inspirational leader?
🧠 That has been to focus of the training I’ve been involved in over the past two days.
👏 It’s been a real pleasure to work with young talent from the nuclear industry on behalf of The Oakridge Centre and First Ascent Group at Cranage Hall.
🚀 Positively influencing those around you and motivating them to succeed are key factors that inspirational leaders have in abundance.

What else can contribute?
🎯 Clarity in purpose and vision
🎯 Creating a thinking environment
🎯 Flexing your style to different situations
🎯 Understanding your leadership shadow
🎯 Being bold, brave & going beyond
🎯 Fostering team collaboration
🎯 Coaching and mentoring
🙏 Thank you to my group of young leaders for engaging so positively 👏 🎾
🍀Good luck over the coming months as your career journeys progress.

😃 As always it’s be enjoyable working with and catching up with my fellow First Ascent associates and having a few laughs
