🤔 How do you use "Insights" to create "Impact"?

🧠 Yesterday I really enjoyed delivering a "Masterclass" for a Bootcamp focused on Service Design and Innovation on behalf of Estu.

The Masterclass focused on Leadership and Change Management and three specific outcomes:

1️⃣ Innovation Creates Change: “understanding the behavioural science behind change and why this is important commercially”

2️⃣ Leading Change: “understanding several change models that provide structure to bring your people and key stakeholders with you”

3️⃣ Value Realisation: “understanding how to build value through change and innovation to create a positive impact”
