🎯🎯🎯 In the 1990s Mark was a π‘³π’Šπ’ˆπ’‰π’• π‘°π’π’‡π’‚π’π’•π’“π’š π‘Άπ’‡π’‡π’Šπ’„π’†π’“ and went through 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒕 π‘Ήπ’π’šπ’‚π’ π‘΄π’Šπ’π’Šπ’•π’‚π’“π’š π‘¨π’„π’‚π’…π’†π’Žπ’š where he learnt about leadership and a high-performance culture.


🚣🚣🚣 In 1997 Mark took part in the π’‡π’Šπ’“π’”π’• 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 "π‘¨π’•π’π’‚π’π’•π’Šπ’„ π‘Ήπ’π’˜π’Šπ’π’ˆ 𝑹𝒂𝒄𝒆" - a 3000-mile ocean rowing race from the Canary Islands to the West Indies. Mark and his rowing partner completed this race in 75 π’…π’‚π’šπ’”. At the time "π’Žπ’π’“π’† 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒅 π’˜π’‚π’π’Œπ’†π’… 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒐𝒏"!
