🧠 How do you unlock the real value of AI and not just dabble?

💯 The best way to learn is to throw yourself into it! Use it, practice it, iterate, and make it relevant to your business. 

😅 So that's exactly what I've been doing over the past 10 weeks along with c.60 other small and medium businesses in Hertfordshire on Estu's Operationalising AI Bootcamp.

🤖 We've been learning how to properly "Operationalise AI" within our businesses.

📊 We've understood the fundamentals and core building blocks. Then we have worked, in a structured way, on a real project for our own business that creates real value. All whilst being supported, guided and tutored expertly by the wonderful Silke Anderson Jamie Crossman-Smith and David Royle 👏 

😃 We have the "Grande Finale" next Friday at Rothamsted Conference Centre where we get the chance to see the progress and impact everyone has made - I'm really looking forward to it - well done to everyone on the programme! 🤞 Fingers crossed it's a bit cooler by then.

Operationalising AI - July 2026 Cohort of SMEs

📈 I've really enjoyed elevating my AI skills to the point where I can use it effectively to support me run my business, as well as now provide an AI perspective to the leadership and sales training programmes I run.

 📈 In fact the topic has come up in the last three sales and leadership training programmes I've run and being able to pivot and constructively discuss and use AI has made a world of difference.
