βͺβͺβͺ I've just spent my Sunday morning checking everything is ready for the new season with my #Tringrugby U14s. I absolutely love coaching this team and can't wait for the new season to start.
π π π Part of the process with any sport is "π·ππππππππ" for the next season ahead. Here's just a few things going through my head at the moment:
π―π‘π― Are all the players both rested and ready?
π―π‘π― What is the squad looking like?
π―π‘π― Is the coaching team ready?
π―π‘π― What does success look like for our team and players?
π―π‘π― What kit do we need to train at our best?
π―π‘π― What is our schedule of matches and training?
π―π‘π― What 'off-field' activity do we do?
π―π‘π― How do we communicate and manage expectations?
π―π‘π― How do we keep learning and growing as a team?

I'm sure of few of my contacts are having similar thoughts ahead of the new season.
