๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ This week I had the ๐’‘๐’๐’†๐’‚๐’”๐’–๐’“๐’† of running a ๐‘ณ๐’†๐’‚๐’…๐’†๐’“๐’”๐’‰๐’Š๐’‘ ๐’‘๐’“๐’๐’ˆ๐’“๐’‚๐’Ž๐’Ž๐’† in the ๐‘ท๐’†๐’‚๐’Œ ๐‘ซ๐’Š๐’”๐’•๐’“๐’Š๐’„๐’• again with a brilliant group of leaders. Here are a few of my ๐’‘๐’†๐’“๐’”๐’๐’๐’‚๐’ ๐’“๐’†๐’‡๐’๐’†๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’๐’” ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’Š๐’๐’”๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‰๐’•๐’”:

๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€ ๐‘ช๐’๐’๐’๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’๐’“๐’‚๐’•๐’† ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐‘ฎ๐’“๐’๐’˜: It never ceases to amaze me what ๐’š๐’๐’– ๐’„๐’‚๐’ ๐’๐’†๐’‚๐’“๐’ ๐’‡๐’“๐’๐’Ž ๐’๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’“ ๐’‘๐’†๐’๐’‘๐’๐’† and the ideas that exist within everyone. Being genuinely curious and asking powerful questions can create powerful thoughts, feelings and actions. ๐‘ฌ๐’—๐’†๐’“๐’š๐’๐’๐’† ๐’˜๐’† ๐’Ž๐’†๐’†๐’• ๐’Š๐’” ๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’•๐’†๐’‚๐’„๐’‰๐’†๐’“ ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’”๐’•๐’–๐’…๐’†๐’๐’•.


๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿ‘‚ ๐‘ณ๐’Š๐’”๐’•๐’†๐’, ๐‘จ๐’„๐’Œ๐’๐’๐’˜๐’๐’†๐’…๐’ˆ๐’† & ๐‘ฌ๐’Ž๐’‘๐’๐’˜๐’†๐’“: So many leaders think they know how to coach, yet they can't resist the urge to jump in with ideas, provide an opinion or ask leading questions. ๐‘ฐ๐’•'๐’” ๐’๐’๐’• ๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’๐’–๐’• ๐’š๐’๐’–, ๐’Š๐’•'๐’” ๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’๐’–๐’• ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’Ž! Use empowering questions, really listen deeply and be curious. ๐‘ป๐’‰๐’† ๐’‚๐’๐’”๐’˜๐’†๐’“๐’” ๐’๐’Š๐’† ๐’˜๐’Š๐’•๐’‰๐’Š๐’ ๐’‡๐’๐’“ ๐’‚๐’๐’ ๐’๐’‡ ๐’–๐’”.

High performance individuals and teams are constantly looking for ๐’…๐’Š๐’‡๐’‡๐’†๐’“๐’†๐’๐’• ๐’‘๐’†๐’“๐’”๐’‘๐’†๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’—๐’†๐’”, analysing their progress and ๐’‚๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’—๐’†๐’๐’š ๐’„๐’‰๐’‚๐’๐’๐’†๐’๐’ˆ๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐’˜๐’‰๐’‚๐’• ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’š ๐’…๐’ and what their teams are doing. This can ๐’‡๐’†๐’†๐’ ๐’“๐’†๐’‚๐’๐’๐’š ๐’–๐’๐’„๐’๐’Ž๐’‡๐’๐’“๐’•๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’๐’† for some people. Some people can hide this version of themself for all sorts of reasons. ๐‘พ๐’‰๐’†๐’ ๐’˜๐’† ๐’‚๐’“๐’† ๐’‚๐’–๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’๐’•๐’Š๐’„ ๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’†๐’๐’†๐’“๐’ˆ๐’š ๐’๐’†๐’—๐’†๐’๐’” ๐’‚๐’“๐’† ๐’‰๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‰๐’†๐’“, ๐’˜๐’† ๐’„๐’๐’๐’๐’†๐’„๐’• ๐’Ž๐’๐’“๐’† ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’‡๐’†๐’†๐’ ๐’ƒ๐’†๐’•๐’•๐’†๐’“.


๐ŸŒŽ ๐ŸŒ ๐ŸŒ ๐‘พ๐’‚๐’๐’Œ๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ, ๐‘ป๐’‚๐’๐’Œ๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ & ๐‘ต๐’‚๐’•๐’–๐’“๐’†: Every time I've worked with leaders it's amazing how powerful it is to get them ๐’๐’–๐’•๐’”๐’Š๐’…๐’†. Their minds seem to open up and they seem to ๐’„๐’๐’๐’๐’†๐’„๐’• ๐’˜๐’Š๐’•๐’‰ ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’Š๐’“ ๐’…๐’†๐’†๐’‘๐’†๐’“ ๐’‡๐’†๐’†๐’๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ๐’” ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’•๐’‰๐’๐’–๐’ˆ๐’‰๐’•๐’”. Sometimes this creates those ๐’ƒ๐’“๐’†๐’‚๐’Œ๐’•๐’‰๐’“๐’๐’–๐’ˆ๐’‰ ๐’Ž๐’๐’Ž๐’†๐’๐’•๐’” for them. ๐‘ฌ๐’๐’†๐’“๐’ˆ๐’š ๐’‚๐’•๐’•๐’“๐’‚๐’„๐’•๐’” ๐’†๐’๐’†๐’“๐’ˆ๐’š. ๐‘ป๐’‚๐’‘ ๐’Š๐’๐’•๐’ ๐‘ต๐’‚๐’•๐’–๐’“๐’†'๐’” ๐’‘๐’๐’˜๐’†๐’“๐’‡๐’–๐’ ๐’†๐’๐’†๐’“๐’ˆ๐’š.
