πŸ‘ˆ πŸ˜•πŸ‘‰Not surprisingly it seems there are π’…π’Šπ’‡π’‡π’†π’“π’Šπ’π’ˆ π’—π’Šπ’†π’˜π’” out there on what each of these of do, how they operate and the benefits or advise each provide.


πŸ“’βš½πŸ‘”Some of the confusion probably comes from the fact that the title of coach, consultant and mentor are used quite liberally in π’…π’Šπ’‡π’‡π’†π’“π’†π’π’• 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 π’Žπ’†π’“π’ˆπ’†π’…. A π’‘π’“π’π’‡π’†π’”π’”π’Šπ’π’π’‚π’ 𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉 would probably be expected to provide advise, judgements and opinions based on their experience to their team to improve their performance. Whereas good practise for a π’‘π’“π’π’‡π’†π’”π’”π’Šπ’π’π’‚π’ π’π’Šπ’‡π’† 𝒄𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉 means not providing advise or judgements to individuals, rather creating greater client awareness through smart questioning to help individuals move forward positively.
